Problem Note 62363: The "Cannot download file. No url was provided" message occurs when you run job flow definitions in SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management

In SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management, if you run job flow definitions, the following error might occur:
Cannot download file. No url was provided.
You encounter this issue when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Create and run multiple instances of the same job flow definition for different databases.
- Delete some of the instances.
- Restart the server.
- Download some inputs and/or outputs.
This issue occurs because, when you perform multiple runs and multiple deletions, some shared data objects are incorrectly deleted.
